We deliver our Products nationwide in South-Africa. We offer free international shipment and free delivery within 5 – 8 working days.

Please note that your order is handed over to a third-party courier service and that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You are responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information and no changes may be made to your delivery address as described in your order otherwise additional charges will apply.

Please check the contents of your order upon receipt of the courier service to ensure all items are in good condition and not damaged.

Returns and Refund Policy:

We accept returns and issue refunds only in the following situation:

• The item is damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will require a photo of the damaged item to assess the extent of the damage. If the item is eligible for a return or refund, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that we require you return the damaged item before issuing a refund.
