Padel Product Warranty

Return / Refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if it was damaged when you received it from the courier service.

The warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, manipulation or wear and tear caused by normal use of the product.

Items being returned must be in the same condition as received from the couriers, in the original packaging and unused.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, to start with return process you can contact us at sales@padelproshopsa.co.za.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items send back without us first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The shipping cost for the exchange of a damaged product will be covered by Padel Pro Shop SA.
